About Silvergreen Writing & Editing
Why Silvergreen? In truth, RachelWrites was taken by a lovely UK copywriter! Ha! I was looking for a home to house my writing and editing portfolio and serve as a landing place for future work, and as a wordsmith, played around with many potential names. "Silver" reminds me of my grandmother's middle name, Sylvia. "Green," reminiscent of "evergreen," reminds me of an Evergreen-named park near my childhood home.

If you search for "Silvergreen," you will discover silvergreen byrum moss; a serene, beautiful, silver-green species. I think the beauty of it, the accessibility of it, and the way it rolls off the tongue is morever very fitting. Welcome!
